Pre-orders & cancellations

Reserving the Halo, the Station or the Halo + Station bundle costs €0 and is not a purchase. It saves your place in line and locks the launch price shown when you reserved.

Before anything ships we'll email you the final product details, delivery date and price. You decide then whether to buy. If you don't confirm, nothing happens and you pay nothing.

You can cancel a reservation any time by emailing orwen.ai@gmail.com.

Engraving is free and optional: up to 24 characters, laser-engraved on the base plate. We don't engrave insults, hate, or other companies' brand names.

Engraved items are made to your specification. Under EU consumer law, personalised goods can't be returned once made, unless they're faulty. You can still cancel your reservation before you pay.

For non-engraved hardware bought online, EU consumers have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason. Faulty products are covered by the legal guarantee of at least 2 years.

Free trials cost nothing and need no card. When paid plans open, you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid month.

Because Orwen starts working as soon as you subscribe, you'll be asked to agree that the service begins immediately; you can still cancel at any time to stop future payments. If something went wrong with a charge, email us and we'll put it right.
